A re-revival

Here we go. I tried reviving this site almost ten years ago, but that didn’t go anywhere, for whatever reason. But I’d like to start using the space again, considering that I don’t really like what it feels like to be on most social media services these days, and it’d be nice to have a place of my own that’s not going to charge me extra for uploading too much media.

I used to write about video games a lot here, and maybe I still will. But I spend a lot more time on photography these days (I like black & white film and Leicas), and sometimes I make music, too (I like 90s techno and avant-garde electronic). I also have a small CRT setup with some old consoles that I play when I have a bit of time. So this site will serve as a catch-all blog about things I’m working on and playing and whatever else.

Since I last posted here, I lived in New York for another eight years, and then I moved back to Utah, where I’m originally from, and now I have a baby boy. So I don’t have nearly as much time as I used to, but I still have late nights for being creative.
